Things I make & sell…{May 2013}

Let’s revisit… things we make and sell

It’s Friday, and I again linking to Kelly’s Korner for her Show Us Your Life series. Today, Kelly wishes to see the things that we make.

I have been always enjoyed making wreaths and flower arrangements for as long as I can remember. I have had the pleasure of working part time in many successful flower shops and boutiques. I think the smells are intoxicating and so inviting.

I also had the pleasure of starting my own side business, The Acorn at Wisteria Hill, while living in Atlanta.

I do custom dried botanicals for homes and businesses. I was fortunate to have my work sold at Hill Street Warehouse in Atlanta. Here in New Orleans, some of my pieces are sold at Le Boulevard. Some are also sold in Thibodaux at Chic Chateau.

You also know that I am infatuated with the oyster shell. Here are some recent creations I have made using my favorite mollusk. I would be happy to sell any pieces I make.
