Roasted Red Pepper & Goat Cheese Bites {Appetizer}

I love appetizers and hors d’oeurves, thus I can eat most appetizers as a meal.

One quick and easy to prepare appetizer that J & I love to prepare for parties or gatherings is red pepper and goat cheese bites.
