Scentsational Scoop… Viv Vere {Bois de Santal}

Do you remember my earlier post on Rivers Spencer Interiors? I thought it high time to share with you the great smelling candle purchased during my recent visit.

The candle is by Viv Vere as part of its Living Candles line in the Rahjah of India, Sandalwood scent. An interesting story card accompanies each candle.

Explore the World---90 Hours at a Time

In the land of India, in the Sanskirt language, the “rahjah” reigns as the princely ruler & king. As no class of fragrant trees can compare to the genus Santalum out of India, cultures stretching across the globe have esteemed the Sandalwood for centuries. Noting that the bois de santal is most highly prized for its striking base notes, please explore the soothing woodsy aromas which crown our Rahjah of India No. 21.”

The candle is presented in a lovely white box(made for Rivers Spencer) with its signature foiled logo shield. The presentation and scent throw is amazing.

I cannot wait to try more fragrances from Viv Vere. I am happy Rivers Spencer Interiors is located so close to home.
