Amelia Island 2013 {Eats & Drinks}

We did not stray to far from Omni Amelia Island Plantation for food and beverage.

J & I first stopped for lunch at Brett’s Waterway Cafe in Fernandina Beach. It is a lovely waterfront restaurant with a great wrap around porch that overlooks the water.

Once at Omni, J and I dined at Oceanside for two nights in a row. Oceanside is a new restaurant on the resort property that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and pool area. The food is your classic beach fare plated perfectly.

The wedge salad was awesome.

For breakfast, J & I also stayed on the grounds of Amelia Plantation to nosh at Marche’ Burette. Marche’ Burette is a wonderful breakfast, lunch, and dinner spot located along the ponds at The Shops of Amelia Plantation. We ate at Marche’ Burette for two mornings.

Amelia Island Plantation has several restaurants on the property. We are always happy with Marche’ Burette and now just as happy with Oceanside.

We also had cocktails poolside from Seaglass. Cheers!
