November at Acorn Cottage: Fall Doorhanger

 As soon as the Halloween decorations were tucked away, it was time to bring out a touch of autumn charm. Out came my new Fall door hanger, a beautiful find from Southern Antiques of Laurel, Mississippi.

This lovely piece, purchased earlier in the season, perfectly captures the cozy warmth of fall — rich colors, rustic textures, and that welcoming feel that makes guests smile before they even step inside. It’s amazing how something as simple as a door hanger can set the tone for the entire season, reminding us of crisp air, golden leaves, and the comfort of home.

Now, every time I walk through the door, I’m greeted by that cheerful sign of autumn — a perfect welcome to all who enter our home this autumnal season.
