Christmas 2022 {Acorn Cottage: Secretary}

 I love to decorate the antique secretary in the living room seasonally, but it stands out best during the month that leads to Christmas.

The secretary features boughs of cedar finished with glittered pomegranates. The glittered wreath was purchased a couple years ago at Red Onion in Baton Rouge.

On the pull down desk sits a collection of seasonal books as well as a framed photo of J and I from New York City. Two dapper deer, ginger jars, a Cire Trudon candle, a cardinal in a nest ornament, and my favorite August Morgan napkins {Olive a Martini} completes the vignette.

It is rare for J & I to be home in the summer especially on a weekend, but we are.
