What a Week!

Or should I say two weeks? For the last two weeks, J and I have traveled the West coast from Seattle to LaJolla to Corando Island to San Diego. The cooler temperatures and lower humidities made for a perfect trip.

Uptown Acorn Travels, y'all!

Wanderlust {LaJolla}

We made it to Seattle. It is gorgeous here. The skies are blue and the temps are in the 70s. And there is no humidity. Here's the view from the hotel room:

J and I are headed to LaJolla, CA on Friday. I have not been to LaJolla since 1999, so if there are any of you out there who follow or read my blog, please give me ideas/suggestions of where to dine, drink, shop, see. I would appreciate any advice. 

I do not have children, so you do not have to suggest anything for the children.

We already have reservations on the ocean terrace of George's. We have been there the last night and loved the food and the view.
