It's Looking A Lot Like Christmas {Acorn Cottage Facade}

 I am a traditionalist, so my favorite colors to decorate with for the Christmas season are red, green, and gold. Both outside and in, the colors of the season abound in ribbons, wreaths, and holiday-themed accessories.

Let's start with the outside of the Acorn Cottage! This season I added garlands of metallic red balls. I love red for the holidays, so this adds just the perfect seasonal touch.

I adore holiday decorating.

Christmas 2022 {Acorn Cottage: The Facade}

 Red, green, and gold abound in the front of Acorn Cottage. I adore fresh cedar garlands and wreaths as well as pops of red with red poinsettias and balls. Ribbons of plaid are my favorite to use at the holiday season. Take a walk into the front garden...

    Acorn Cottage {Open House}

    Yesterday, J and I celebrated the Acorn Cottage by throwing an Open House with friends. Many of our close friends have not seen the completed cottage, so the open house was the perfect way to show it off.

    Our local Lagenstein's did the catering and Mitch's, the flowers. I especially loved the Acorn Cottage-inspired sugar cookies by local baker, Beth Biundo Sweets.

    It was a perfect Fall day for an intimate soiree.
