Happy Hour {Key Lime Pie Martini}

I am sharing my newest, favorite beachy libation with you today. It is the perfect balcony cocktail and perfect for ending a great day from the beach.

Norma Jean, this is a cocktail for you!

4 jiggers (1 1/2 oz. jigger) of each of the following:

  • Smirnoff vanilla vodka
  • Rose’s Sweet Lime Juice
  • Half & half
  • Simple syrup

Pour all in blender. Fill with ice. Blend.

Delicious!

It would also be fun to garnish with graham cracker crumbs or brown sugar.

    Nice and light for summer too.

    Have you tried the Lime Refresher
    packets that Starbucks sells in a small
    box right now? Well. mix one of those puppies
    with two cups of water and some vodka and ice
    and I am telling you..... easy and FANtastic!

    You have got to try it, Ron!
