Oyster Shell Spheres

Perhaps I should have included this post in my earlier oyster shell love post.

I recently purchased two large oyster shell orbs which are around 12” in diameter. They look awesome in the bookcases flanking the fireplace in the den.

Take a look….

You all know I have a fascination with the oyster shell, so when I spotted these in the windows of Little Miss Muffin in May each had to come home with me.

They look great and are a nice, natural compliment to my Southern coastal decor.

  1. I think I like this better than the topiary I made. Do you think it's hard to rip an oyster shell topiary apart and start again?

    1. I don't think it would be too hard. Let me know how it comes out. Or just get yourself more oyster shells? That might be easier, Hope.
