Apothecary Guild Diffusers {Carlyle Avenue}

It is no secret that I am a fan of Apothecary Guild candles with the oh-so precious cloche. So I was extremely excited to receive this email from an employee at Carlyle Avenue:

Dear Ron,

I am a little late, but I just wanted to say thank you for blogging about our Apothecary Guild Candles!  We are so glad that you enjoy them and have shared them with your followers!!  In appreciation, I would like to send a couple of our new items (you only have to blog about them if you love them! ;) ).  Let me know where I should send these items and if there is any item in particular you are interested in.  Thank you so much again!

Best Regards,

xxxxxxxxxxxx

I received the package last week, and I could not wait to tear it open. In the package there was one Apothecary Guild candle in the Snow Berry scent. I packed it away in my holiday candle drawer at the top of the stairs. I was more excited to try the other item, and Apothecary Guild diffuser in the English Garden scent. I quickly opened the elegant box and set up the diffuser as per the instructions. The presentation of the box and diffuser makes it a great gift idea.

English Garden

You know that I have a love/hate relationship with diffusers. As I’ve blogged before, I do not like many of the containers that diffusers come in. I do my best to find great vessels to place reeds and diffuser oils. Do you remember this post?

The Apothecary Guild diffuser in the English Garden scent includes a modern silver ball-shaped container with an elegant white porcelain flower stem. The stem fits into the vessel filled with oil. The vessel is tied with a small green velvet ribbon.

I set the diffuser on an end table in the den and waited for the 24-36 hour period as per the instructions. I cannot tell you how wonderful the scent throw is. The English Garden diffuser scented oil is described as…

  • Silver Bottle - Green Box / English Garden
    • Fragrance Notes: Bergamot, Apple, Juicy Pear, Cassis, Lily of the Valley, Poinsettia, Jasmine, Heliotrope, Cashmere Wood, Amber, White Musk

The presentation is elegant. It is small and easily fits into any decor. The scent is fresh and pleasant and not overpowering.

I have not been paid for my review other than the “free” samples. I can honestly say that I am a fan of the Apothecary Guild diffusers and am a fan of the outstanding customer service and product offerings of Carlyle Avenue.

  3. Gorgeous! I love that type of diffuser (do not like the ones with the sticks at all, so not pretty).

  7. I've always avoided diffusers because I'm afraid those reeds would look like something to play with for my cats. This idea is much nicer and very attractive!
