It’s Beginning to Look Like… {March}

March. March. March. Where has time gone?

With the start of March, the decor on the home’s facade changes to my favorite shade of green in preparation for St. Patrick’s Day.

On my door I love using the large clovers.

This year, I added bunting atop each door as well as buntings to the balcony. The spirit of the season has been set.

How do you celebrate the season?

St. Patty’s, y’all!

  12. Wow Ron I'm so envious that you can do outside decorating like that and have all the lush greenery to boot! The shamrocks on the door are cute and the buntings above really ramp it up! Look at those foxtail ferns!! They've really grown a lot!

  13. I don't really decorate for St. Patricks Day but I do enjoy seeing all of the decorations out there. I love how you decorate your balcony at the holidays with colorful bunting. My 21 yr old son is going to Savannah for the big St. Patrick's Day celebration so I think he will be the one having a blast on this holiday!

  19. I love the way you put focus on the center of the house with the ferns and bird bath. How clever! Would love your feedback on how to fix a focus on our troubling front porch.

  20. Never thought of decorating like this for St. Patricks Day ... I like it! Since you asked, we generally celebrate the day with leftover birthday cake for breakfast, since the day before St. Pats is our daughter's birthday.

  21. Ron,
    You have a beautiful home, and I adore all the green! And, those ferns! Texas has had a crazy winter, and I am so hoping it's over. I absolutely cannot wait to add ferns and a little life to my front porch.
    Best,
    Michele
