Decking the Halls {The Den}

The den is always a fun area to decorate as it is where we spend the most time throughout the season. Because the rear of the house is all opened to each other, the seasonal decor flows from room to room.

J & I like to use our collected ornaments throughout the years mixed with traditional finds.

Take a look at the den dressed up in its holiday splendor.

Decking the Den, y'all!

  1. Wow! I love the look of your den and it is beautifully decorated for Christmas. Your tree is so beautiful. If you don't mind me asking, where did you purchase those animal print chairs and those beautiful green drapes? Again, beautiful job and thanks for sharing your home and ideas. Happy Holidays!

    1. Thanks, MeMe. The animal print chairs are from Huritz-Mintz in New Orleans. The green drapes are custom.

  2. I wouldn't accept one single party invitation if this were my living room because I'd want to stay home every single night and curl up on that sofa with a book or watch an old movie by the light of the Christmas tree.

    If you'd just send me your address . . .

  3. Beautiful look Ron. Love the chairs and the tree is fabulous. xo

  4. Beautiful Ron! Your tree is gorgeous. Love the glow!

  5. Wowza as always Ron! Thank you for joining in!

  6. Good morning, Ron! Just when I thought you couldn't outdo yourself with your Christmas decor, you've done it again! Your den belongs in Southern Living--it is truly stunning this year. I love your tree--so classy and festive. Have a great day! xoxo

  7. Ron, I just love your fun, Southern-style. Your home looks like one that's full of eye candy and stories; some of my favorite things! Thanks for joining in on the 12 Days of Christmas Tour of Homes!

  8. Everything is just stunning! The tree is amazing, and I love the plaid with animal prints. Those white trees on the sofa table are gorgeous, too. It's all just beautiful!

  10. Ron, your tree is stunning and I love your use of your love of tartan. You use it well

  11. Your home is fabulous!! Not sure where you are but it's my kind of place!!! I'm a Lowcountry gal (Charleston born) so all the oyster shells and oyster shell art is my fave! ( Tell me I'm not the only one who carries my oyster shells home after an evening out!)
