Years ago, I had the opportunity to tan next to this pool. I felt as though I had entered the Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous. The home belonged to a friend of a friend, and I remember stepping inside the walls. I'm certain my eyes were open as big as my head. I often wonder about the lives of the folks that live behind the walls of such majestic homes.

Stunning! I know what you mean about lifestyles of the rich and famous. I stayed with a friend of a friend at a grand home in Hyannis Port once and felt like I was in a dream. I live such a simple life but enjoyed the peek into the way the rich live!

ReplyDeleteWow, built in 1870 the specs say. There've been some grand updates to that grand lady. I still love your cottage more though, Ron - way more manageable!
