Pheasant Painting

One of my most cherished possessions is a gift I received from my "niece" Lucy for my 50th birthday. I finally had it framed by Old Estate in Thibodaux, and it sits atop the buffet in the sunroom. You may have noticed the art piece in earlier posts of the sunroom. The painting goes well with all of the other bird art in the room.

She knows that I am not a hunter but love the pheasant and the colors it displays. Her painting was completed in an art class, and I was lucky to receive such a thoughtful, unique gift. Thanks, Lucy!

Pheasant art, y'all!
