The Real 50 !!!

I had so much fun celebrating my real 5-0 with some of my closest friends from birth, elementary school, high school, and beyond. Thanks to J for setting up such a great lunch at one of my favorite party spots, Galatoire's Restaurant on a Friday. Thanks to everyone for the birthday wishes, phone calls, texts, and gifts. You all helped making turning 50 an enjoyable one. Bring on the next 50 years!

Happy 50th Month {March 3}

On the 3rd day of my birthday month, my school held its annual Gala in my honor (not really but the party was fun). Set to the theme of Decades of Musical Memories, J and I donned the costumes of 80s favorite duo, Wham! It was a fun night for all.
