     In case you missed it in a January post, I do love all things J.Crew. I am still "mad for plaid". I will always be! A week from today and fittingly on Valentine's Day, J.Crew opens its new doors in the trendy The Shops at Canal Place in the French Quarter.
     I was really excited to get this email announcement yesterday announcing the upcoming opening of my favorite major clothing chain. J.Crew is always classic, stylish, yet very modern.

Mad About Plaid...J. Crew

    I heart J. Crew! And for as long as I can remember, I heart Plaid---Tartan plaid, Glen plaid, Madras plaid, Buffalo Check plaid (You name it, I love it)!
    Flipping through J. Crew's latest catalog mailer, I am loving the Wallace & Barnes plaid flannel shirts and love them even more now that they are on sale. Score! They are offered in a wide array of colors...

     And after Christmas and a couple J. Crew gift cards, I hope to make at least one of them mine. Let's just hope the South Louisiana weather will cooperate.
