If sitting poolside in the gorgeous Phoenix sun isn't enough, being served drinks and food makes it all more bearable.
I love fish tacos, and the blackened fish tacos served poolside are terrific. Fresh. Delicious. Yummy.
Of course, fish tacos and a Bloody Mary make summer fun.

Monday: 6:00 AM flight to LAX, connect to Phoenix, arrival 12:00 PM, pick up rental car, head to Arizona Biltmore, a Waldorf Astoria Resort.

This resort is gorgeous.
After a brief tour of the buildings and grounds by the concierge, I quickly changed into my "frimming fruit" and headed to grab a bite at the Cabana Club followed by an afternoon of libations and sunning poolside.
My view for the afternoon.....
I am planning on heading back to the pool today after a brief stop at the spa to make a couple appointments.
