You can bring me Flowers…

Anytime!

I do feel that I am getting better and stronger each day. Thanks again to all of you for your kind words and prayers through my recent “heart scare” and bout with the dreaded flu.

I received three great flower bouquets. Those who know me know that I love fresh flowers. I try and have fresh flowers in my house at all times.

Thanks to my co-workers at St. Paul’s Episcopal for this great arrangement of tulips, roses, alstroemeria, and protea.

Thanks to Honey, my mom, for the white Casablanca lilies, my favorite flower.

Though I would prefer not to be sick, I appreciate the thoughtful gestures of flowers.

I also thank Terry, Ellen, and Erin for their timely deliveries of soup, and Anna for a lovely oyster shell cross.

Bring me flowers, y’all!

  2. Ron- I love fresh flowers in the house, too. A little harder to accomplish living in the frozen tundra. I am so glad you are feeling better. xo Diana
