Happy Flag Day, y'all!

I am finally back from the beaches of Florida, and one of the first things I accomplished today was changing out my door pieces and adding patriotic bunting to the front of my home.

The patriotic snoballs were designed by Thibodaux artist, Lisa Papa. I adore how they signal summer in a very Southern way. Snoballs are definitely a treat around here in the summer.

Red, white, and blue ribbon was also added to the oyster wreath.

A metal flag that I have used since 2005 is a great patriotic addition to the front garden.

Buntings really signify the American spirit.

How do you celebrate Flag Day?

Flag Day, y'all!

  1. Love the door decor! How fun for summer and showing the red, white and blue! I have a flag I put out in my planter.

  2. Happy Flag Day Ron. The buntings always look fabulous on your home. We have a flag to raise on our flag pole. Have a great day!

  3. Good morning, Ron! I adore those patriotic snoball door decorations that Lisa made for you--so patriotic and festive! Have a great day! xoxo

  4. What adorable snowball decorations. (your snowball looks like Texan snowCONES)
Your home is so beautiful and I love your red and whites....

  5. The patriotic snoballs are too, too cute! I love them!
