Heaux. Heaux. Heaux. {Christmas Cards}

Every season I head to Scriptura on Magazine Street for my Christmas cards. Scriptura has the best custom cards with a New Orleans twist.

This year, J & I chose the iconic New Orleans streetcar surrounded by banana leaf plants. I adore the gilded gold on the card too. It adds such a touch of elegance.

The inside reads:
"LET THE GOOD TIMES ROLL

now and in the new year"

I also love to add themed confetti and was lucky to find streetcar confetti on etsy from shop fluff. Who knew??? I love the recipients to get a little surprise when opening the card from J and I.

Cheers! J & I wish you and yours a Merry Christmas.

  1. Good morning, Ron! I love this year's Christmas card! I sure hope I find one in my mailbox again this year, and I'll be careful to open it over the garbage can! Have a great day! xoxo

  2. Even though it is not my day job, I sometimes coordinate large events. I helped with a St Louis wedding with a lot of New Orleans flair. The couple knew from the start that they wanted Scriptura Invitations. I had never heard of the store, but am now obsessed. These cards are great and you took them over the top--that confetti is amazing! Merry Christmas!

  3. What a handsome Christmas card! Love the confetti...adds a little something extra to the greetings of the season. Back in the 50's and the 60's people sent out a ton of cards and many were (shudder) imprinted with the family's name. Make it personal, people... xoxo Enjoy your day...we are freezing up here!
