Mardi Gras Mambo: House Floats {Gogh Mardi Gras~New Orleans School of Fine Arts}

 I love this homage to artist Vincent Van Gogh at the New Orleans Academy of Fine Arts on Magazine Street. Highlighting two of his famous paintings Sunflowers and Irises, the facade of the building is covered in beautiful blooms.

I also adore the Kern Studios tractor with the faux driver. I will certainly miss the sounds of the tractors.

  2. Good morning, Ron! OMG! This Gogh Mardi Gras House Float is fabulous! Vincent Van Gogh is one of my favorite artists of all time, and Kern Studios has done an amazing job on the New Orleans Academy of Fine Arts building--so clever and so classy! Love the tractor with faux driver, too! Keep those house floats coming! Have a great day! xoxo
