Must See TV {CLAWS}

One of my favorite TV shows is CLAWS. If you are not watching, you must catch up on this dark yet humorous series.

Claws is a midnight-dark, wickedly funny meditation on female badness set in a South Florida nail salon. At the Nail Artisan of Manatee County salon in Central Florida, five diverse, hardworking manicurists try to make ends meet in a staid economy while managing perilous personal lives awash in drama. Amidst all the silk wraps, pedicures and polish treatments, salon owner Desna, who lives with and cares for her mentally ill twin brother, leads a staff that includes best friend Jennifer, now sober and raising two kids from a previous relationship; enigmatic Ann, who provides security for the salon; mild-mannered preppy and ex-convict Polly; and Virginia, who becomes easily bored and impatient with her job. Also hanging around the salon are shady redneck Roller; ambulance coach Bryce, Jennifer's husband who is also newly sober; and Uncle Daddy, a dangerous, deeply Catholic and actively bisexual crime boss.

Don't mess with Desna!

CLAWS airs on Sunday nights on TNT. CLAWS is in its second season and has only gotten better.

CLAWS, y'all!

Must See TV {Safe}

Death. Secrets. Abduction. Secrets. Runaway. Secrets. Murder. Secrets. Fire. Secrets. Suspense.....

If you are looking for a great show to binge on, the Safe on Netflix is your choice. J and I watched all 8 episodes last weekend. We just could not stop watching.

Widowed surgeon Tom has struggled to raise his two daughters alone following his wife's death a year ago. Things seem to be on the right track for the family, who live in a gated community, because they have close friends nearby and Tom is in the early stages of a new relationship. But the situation takes a turn for the worse when Jenny, Tom's oldest daughter, goes missing along with her boyfriend. Tom enlists girlfriend Sophie, a police detective, to help locate the teens, but her new partner is working her own agenda. As the investigation intensifies, Tom unearths dark secrets about the people closest to him in his affluent neighborhood. The drama series was created by mystery novelist Harlan Coben.

Safe, y'all!
