Roasted Red Pepper & Goat Cheese Bites {Appetizer}

I love appetizers and hors d’oeurves, thus I can eat most appetizers as a meal.

One quick and easy to prepare appetizer that J & I love to prepare for parties or gatherings is red pepper and goat cheese bites.

You cannot get much easier than this quick and healthier appetizer alternative.

What you’ll need:

Deli-sliced Roasted Red Pepper strips (I use the Mezzetta brand)

Goat cheese

Olive Oil

Bagel chips

To prepare:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Place bagel chip on a cookie sheet. The quantity is up to you.

Place one or two red peppers then cover with a dollop of goat cheese.

Finally, drizzle with olive oil.

Place in the oven for 10-15 minutes.

Garnish with fresh cracked black pepper to taste.
