Mardi Gras {Pillows by Lisa Papa}

If you have followed Uptown Acorn for a while, you are already aware that I love to support local businesses and local artists.  My most recent feature in ADORE magazine highlighted this fact and some of the local artists that I love to support.

Today, I'd like to feature one of the local artists, Lisa Papa. If you read the recent article in ADORE, you noticed her lovely Mardi Gras pillows. Each one is hand painted and hand sewn by Lisa herself. She is one talented lady.

  1. I noticed the pillows in the article and I'm so glad you did a close up of them. The beads look so real. I love the one of the fence.

  2. OMGOSH. Her pillows are AMAZING!!! I don't decorate for Mardi Gras but if I did I would have to have a pillow or two from that collection! xo Diana

  5. Good morning, Ron! Yes, Lisa is one talented artist! I've bought several of her pillows and decorative wood door pieces. I really want a copy of the magazine. Can you mail me a copy, please? I'll pay you for the magazine and shipping. :) Have a great day! xoxo
