Looking like Spring on the Mantle

There's always a lull after the Mardi Gras decorations are put away. So with guests coming to town and temperatures in the 80s, I decided to add a couple vases with bunches of tulips from Dunn & Sonnier

Each vase features a gold leaf stripe affixed with an agate. The brass bunny and fox from Timothy DeClue Collection are fun to use. Two New Orleans door trays exclusive to Hazelnut make a nice backdrop, and a Baobab Pearl candle from Sotre sets the sense of smell.

Spring on the Mantle, y'all!

  1. Looks great Ron! I adore the Fox & bunny (and I'm very envious of the 80 degree temps, lol). Jane

  2. Love it all, ROn. The rabbit and fox are perfect. All you need are jelly beans and m&ms. :)

  3. Love the new vases- the agate accent is very unique and the white tulips look perfect. I also just bought some tulips an am enjoying them. We were in the 60’s briefly yesterday but are back in the 20’s again. Sigh

  4. Good morning, Ron! The mantle looks so classy with the tulips. Love the fox and bunny and the door trays! Have a great day! xoxo

  5. Hi Ron! How are you doing? I apologize for visiting in so long - just kinda loosing my taste for blogging but can't give it totally up! I love your mantel and the bunny and fox pieces are adorable. I'm sure you had a great Mardi Gras! Thanks so much for popping in to see me.
    Be a sweetie,
    Shelia ;)
